Application Process

  1. Please apply after receiving your admission decision.

    Applications are not accepted prior to admission. Once your admission has been confirmed, follow the designated application procedure.
    Domestic students (excluding fourth-year students) may apply for April move-in only.
    International students may move in at the start of either the April or September term.
    First-year international students should contact the International Student Office before applying.

  2. An admission screening interview will be held.

    Admission is determined based on the interview. Depending on the results, your application may be declined.

  3. Contract documents will be sent to you.

    Once you receive the documents, review them carefully and follow the instructions to complete the required procedures.

  4. Pay the Dormitory fees and return the completed documents.

    You will be required to pay a total of 150,000 yen—comprising a 30,000-yen move-in fee and 120,000 yen for the first two months of Dormitory fees—and return all required documents.

  5. Move-In

    You will move in on the date designated by the university.

Move-In Application

For University-affiliated residences, mid-year move-in is possible if there is a vacancy at your preferred residence.
In this case, applications are accepted by phone on a rolling basis.

  1. Use the brochure to find a student residence that suits your needs.

    Look for residences near your school or along convenient transit lines. Tours and trial stays are available for any residences you are interested in.

  2. Once you have decided on your preferred residence, submit your application.

    You may apply by phone or online and list up to two preferences.

  3. You will receive a document package, including the Dormitory tenancy agreement and payment slip.(from mid-November onward)

    Once you receive the documents, review the contents and begin the application process.

  4. Pay the Dormitory fees, complete the required forms, and return all documents.

    Pay the security deposit, move-in fee, and annual maintenance fee.

  5. Please let us know your scheduled move-in date and time.

    Install the Domico app and set up your account. About one to two weeks before moving in, register your planned move-in date through the app to notify the dormitory manager.

  6. Moving Preparation (Just bring your personal belongings)

    Essential furniture and appliances are provided so that you can pack light.

  7. Move-In(From March 30 onward)

    Your life on your own begins.
