Through multicultural exchange and intergenerational engagement with the local community, the University aims to foster mutual understanding of diverse values and nurture individuals who can transform differences into sources of new creativity.
High-Level Security Unique to Mixed-Gender Dormitories
The second floor is reserved for male residents, and the third floor is reserved for female residents.
Access to each floor is limited to designated elevators or stairways, and the building is designed to prevent access to the opposite-gender floor.
Entry to the residence and use of the elevators require student ID authentication, ensuring a high level of security and preventing access by non-residents.
Each unit consists of five resident, stypically consisting of three domestic students and two international students. Short-term exchange students are also accommodated.
Through daily interaction in this multicultural living environment, residents develop a deeper understanding of one another’s values while living and learning together.

Instead of traditional hallways, daily paths are designed as the main pathway that everyone passes through, increasing opportunities for residents to meet and interact.
Filled with natural light, fresh air, and greenery, these lounges comfortably connect the community lounge and common rooms, providing a relaxed environment for socializing.
Community Lounge
The most active and spacious community lounge is located at the center of the building, allowing residents from any room to access it with ease. it features a café-style kitchen where residents can prepare daily meals.
It serves as a comfortable space for self study, collaborative learning, and various student led activities.
Common Room
This space gently bridges the quiet of the resident rooms and the activity of the community lounge.
It offers a place to pause between periods of focused work, where chance encounters with fellow residents can naturally lead to conversation.
By fostering everyday interaction, this space adds warmth and richness to dormitory life.
Resident Rooms
Resident rooms are designed simply, with only essential furniture and space, so students are encouraged not to stay confined to their rooms.
A desk and chair are placed by the window to support focused individual study.
Each room also includes a balcony where residents can hang laundry to dry.
Workshop Room
The workshop rooms on the basement and first floors are flexible spaces designed for a wide range of uses.
Movable tables and chairs allow the rooms to accommodate both small and large groups.
They are well-suited not only for presentations and events but also for recreational activities, creating a space where learning and interaction naturally come together.
